Christmas in Rome

Joel Spears and The Strangers Vocal Ensemble present a concert of early music featuring the oratorio i pastori di Bettelemme by Johannes Kapsberger. The first concert is on December 16 at 4 PM at the Byron Colby Barn as part of the concert series titled "Early Music at the Barn". The second concert will be heard live on WFMT on December 17 at 8 PM as part of the "Live from WFMT" Series.

Lindsay will attend the Chautauqua Institution Voice Program, and cover the title role in Bizet's "Carmen".

Deborah Voigt Vero Beach Opera Competition

Lindsay was chosen to compete in the second annual Deborah Voigt Vero Beach International Opera Competition in Vero Beach, FL.

Renee Fleming Master Class

Lindsay sang in a Master Class for American soprano Renée Fleming at Carnegie Hall on January 26th. This master class is a part of The Song Continues workshop at Carnegie Hall.

“Founded by iconic mezzo-soprano Marilyn Horne, one of America’s great artists, this annual celebration of art song nurtures gifted young singers. Soprano Renée Fleming and Collaborative Pianist Graham Johnson join Ms. Horne in an intensive weeklong series of coaching sessions and master classes for rising vocal talents.”
